Hi, my name is Tanner Hale and I am a recent graduate of King’s College, located in Northeastern Pennsylvania. While at King’s, I played Division III lacrosse and participated in many extracurricular activities (HAWK, Fitness Testings, Peyton Walker, etc). When I am not working or hanging out with my fiancé, I enjoy the outdoors (hunting, fishing, hiking, boating). I plan on continuing my education at Logan University where I am enrolled in their Chiropractic program (starting this September). Living a healthy lifestyle is important for many reasons. It is the number one way to combat and prevent health related diseases and it is known to support mental health. I got involved in fitness because it is a fun way of improving and pushing each other to success.
