Hi, my name is Tanner Hale and I am a recent graduate of King’s College, located in Northeastern Pennsylvania. While at King’s, I played Division III lacrosse and participated in many extracurricular activities (HAWK, Fitness Testings, Peyton Walker, etc). When I am not working or hanging out with my fiancé, I enjoy the outdoors (hunting, fishing, hiking, boating). I plan on continuing my education at Logan University where I am enrolled in their Chiropractic program (starting this September). Living a healthy lifestyle is important for many reasons. It is the number one way to combat and prevent health related diseases and it is known to support mental health. I got involved in fitness because it is a fun way of improving and pushing each other to success.

Ellie pic

Hey fam...my name is Ellie.  I moved to Missouri from Michigan, go blue!  I grew up in a very active family as both of my parents were fitness instructors.  Yes, we are the family that runs turkey trots on thanksgiving.  I knew from a young age I had a passion for exercise and wellness which drove me to get my personal training certification. I love to see the excitement and progress of each members journey.  As a lover of exercise, physical activity, wellness and helping others discover balance in their lives, it seems as though being a trainer is my true calling.  If I am not at the studio, I am adventuring with my dog Carly or watching true crime shows!  My main goal is to have you all walk out of P7 sweaty and ready to take on your day.  I look forward to meeting you all and am excited to be on the team!
